Refund Policy

Given the nature of the products, we do not provide refunds.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If your item is delivered to you damaged or defective, please contact us at with a photo(s) and an explanation of the damaged/defective item and packaging within 48 hours of receipt. We will not replace items because a customer does not like the scent; however we will take into consideration any feedback in order to be better accommodating the next time an order is placed.

We are not responsible for lost items.
